After so many years, I feel this show should change its rules which was designed for choosing a best employee not for a business partner. Most of the challenges and tasks were made for showing the best qualities of a good employee, but by now, actually in recent years, those candidates who had not possessed such good qualities and wisdoms still can go very far or even won this show just because he or she had a better business plan. So the process to challenge all the candidates had become not necessary, it just a process for entertaining but clearly not very fair, and sometimes were insults for the audiences.
